| | What Kind of Speaker is Right for You? |  In considering hiring any speaker, ask yourself these questions about your audience:Are they concerned with producing results, either in business or other mission-based areas (such as membership, sales, growth or personal development)? What results?Are they driven to have tools to produce new results?What worries them? (For example, is it too little time, economic downturn, problems creating life balance, flat sales)What is their preferred method of message? (For example, are they good listeners or better in interactive sessions, or would a working session be best for them?)What compels your audience's attention? (For example, will your audience feel empowered by or embarrassed by a ventriloquist or magician - or are they highly dignified and demand a more sophisticated presentation?)
